摘要
叉车输入齿轮作为叉车传动系统的关键部件,在表面硬度、耐磨度、整体强度、心部韧性等方面有严格要求。从公司生产实际出发,通过对叉车变速箱输入齿轮性能要求的认真分析研究,制订出合理有效的热处理工艺措施来保障其质量,对材料选择、表面渗碳及相关热处理工艺进行了细致分析,实践证明这些热处理措施合理、可行。
There are strict requirements for the forklift truck input gear which serves as the key component of the fork-lift truck transmission system,such as surface hardness,abrasion resistance,overall strength,centre toughness and so on. In this paper,from the production reality of the company,reasonable and effective measures for heat treatment process is developed through the careful analysis and study on the performance requirements for the forklift truck input gear to ensure the quality,and the detailed analysis is performed on material selection,surface carburization and the related heat treatment process. These heat treatment measures proposed in this paper are proved to be justified and feasible by the practice.
