摘要
针对变频器能够给出电机实时驱动转矩值的功能,提出了以电机驱动转矩大小测量起重载荷的方法,通过理论推导和试验证明了该方法的可行性,可用于超载限制器设计,较采用力传感器的传统方法具有成本低、维护量小等技术优势。
In this paper,the method of measuring the lifting load by virtue of the driving torque of the motor is proposed based on the function of giving real-time driving torque value by the frequency converter,and this method is proved to be feasible through theoretical analysis and test. This method can serve for the design of overload limiter,and compared with the adoption of traditional methods of force sensors,this method has such technical advantages as low cost,little maintenance and so on.
