小鼠黑色素移植瘤血管生成拟态CD31、CD34、组织蛋白酶D表达意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的动态观察CD31、CD34、组织蛋白酶D在黑色素移植瘤血管生成拟态形成(VM)中的表达。方法制作小鼠黑色素移植瘤动物模型,成瘤后每天随机抽取1只小鼠处死,12d共获得肿瘤样本114例;行HE染色、CD31、CD34、组织蛋白酶D免疫组化染色。结果移植瘤早期存在VM,晚期被内皮依赖性血管替代;VM周围肿瘤细胞中CD31、CD34阳性百分率高于远离VM区域的阳性百分率;内皮依赖性血管周围肿瘤细胞CD31阳性百分率与远离内皮依赖性血管区域的阳性百分率之间存在差别;VM周围肿瘤细胞组织蛋白酶D阳性百分率高于内皮依赖性血管周围的阳性百分率;VM密度与VM周围肿瘤细胞CD31、CD34阳性百分率相关;内皮依赖性血管密度只与内皮依赖性血管周围肿瘤细胞中CD31阳性百分率相关。结论移植瘤中VM是暂时性血液供应方式;组织蛋白酶D、CD31、CD34均与黑色素移植瘤VM形成有关。
