凉润通络汤佐治2型糖尿病并周围动脉病变早期疗效观察

Observation of Liangruntonluo Soup on the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes and Peripheral Arterial Disease Early

目的:观察凉润通络汤辅助治疗2型糖尿病并周围动脉病变(Peripheral arterial disease,PAD)早期疗效。方法:100例2型糖尿病并PAD早期(无伴下肢溃疡发生)患者随机分为治疗组52例和对照组48例。对照组给予胰岛素及降糖药,口服肠溶阿司匹林抗凝,弥可保治疗神经病变;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用凉润通络汤口服。两组疗程均为6个月。治疗前后分别检测主观症状及体征、间歇性跛行距离、踝肱指数(踝/肱动脉血压比值,Ankle brachial index,ABI)、脉搏波传播速度(Pulse wave ve-locity,PWV)等变化。结果:两组ABI、PWV治疗后与治疗前比较,以及2组间治疗后比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。治疗组PAD的总有效率与对照组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。凉润通络汤的不良反应少而轻微。结论:凉润通络汤治疗2型糖尿病并PAD早期效果显著,安全性好。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of LiangRunTongluo soup in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and peripheral arterial disease early.Methods： 100 cases of type 2 diabetes and early PAD（Unaccompanied lower extremity ulcers） were randomly divided into 52 cases of treatment group and 48 cases of the control group.The control group given control of diabetes,oral anticoagulation aspirin,treatment of Mecobalamin neuropathy;The treatment group given treatment with LiangRunTongluo soup oral based on the control group.2 groups treated for 6 months.Before and after treatment were detected by subjective symptoms and signs of intermittent claudication distance,ankle-brachial index（ABI）,pulse wave velocity（PWV） and other changes.Results： The ABI,PWV of 2 groups after treatment compared with before treatment,as well as the 2 groups after treatment,the difference was significant（P 0.01 or P 0.05）.The total effective rate of the treatment group compared with the control group,the difference was significant（P 0.05）.LiangRunTongluo soup and slightly fewer adverse reactions.Conclusion： The early effects of LiangRunTongluo soup treatment of type 2 diabetes and PAD is significant and safe.
