摘要 提高设备运行管理及过程控制的自动化水平,是确保石油化工装置安全运行,节能降耗的关键,而稳定的仪表风源是实现自动化控制的关键因素之一。供应稳定的气源是空压站的基本任务,确保空压站稳定运行,是空压站设计的关键。结合某炼油厂的空压站设计,阐述了空压站的工艺流程设计、设备选型,以及工艺过程自动化控制水平,总结了确保空压站稳定运行的设计特点。 Improving the level of equipment operation management and automation of process control is the key to ensure the operation of petrochemical installations safely and energy saving, the stable source of clean air is one of the key factors to realize auto control. To supply stable gas source is the basic task of air compressor station, Therefore to ensure the stable operation of air compressor station is the key for the design of air compressor station. Based on the design of an air compressor station in a refinery, the process air compressor station design, equipment selection, and process engineering automation control level are described. Design features to ensure stable operation of air compressor station is summed up.
