Through the analysis of large-scale petrochemical project management advantages and disadvantages and E + P + C project scope, the instrument-related parties contractual relationship and scope of work in E + P + C project is described in detail. Based on the project management methods that are proved by the actual project implementation, the successful experience has been summed up and could be implemented to similar projects for reference.
