油井采出液中聚合物的负影响与综合处理 被引量:3

摘要 油井采出液中含有的聚合物加重抽油机井管杆的偏磨、腐蚀,并使得产出液破乳非常困难。针对这些问题,研制开发出了一种具有降解聚合物、减缓腐蚀与偏磨以及减轻乳化的多功能缓慢释放型综合处理剂。该剂的现场应用效果表明,采出液中的聚合物降解率达到83.6%,管杆腐蚀速率为0.0636mm/a,抽油杆平均最大载荷下降14.5%,乳状液的破乳效果得到改善,污水含油为8.6mg/L。 The produced polymer from the producers aggravates the eccentric wear and corrosion, and it is difficult to break the emulsion. With the consideration of these problems, it is developed a kind of multifunctional and release-controlled reagent that can degrade polymer, slow down the eccentric wear and corrosion, and prevent emulsification. The field application results show that the degradation rate of the polymer in the produced liquids is 83.6% , the corrosion rate of the tube and the rod is 0. 063 6 min/a, the average max load of the rod reduces by 14.5% , and the demulsification effect of the emulsion fluids is improved with the oil content in water of 8.6 mg/L.
