摘要
螺杆泵工况测试技术是螺杆泵采油管理技术的基础,也是对油井进行故障诊断的必要条件。在回顾国内外螺杆泵工况测试技术发展历程的基础上,总结了经验测试、电参数测试、光杆载荷测试和机械振动测试等现有测试技术的原理及特点,从3个方面对国外螺杆泵工况测试技术的发展进行阐述:基于系统集成的智能化测控、网络的远程测控和虚拟仪器的图形识别,指出我国螺杆泵工况测试技术的现阶段差距和攻关方向。
Testing technology for progressive cavity pump ( PCP ) behavior is the foundation of PCP production management technology and the necessary condition for fault diagnosis of oil wells. This paper reviews the development history of testing technology for domestic and foreign PCP behavior and summarizes the principles and features of existing testing methods, such as empirical testing, electrical parameter testing, polish rod load testing and me- chanical vibration testing etc. The testing technology for foreign PCP behavior is described from 3 different respects: intelligent measurement and control based on system integration, long-distance measurement and control for networks, and pattern reorganization of virtual instrument. The current gap and direction of tackling a key problem in testing technology for PCP behavior in our country are pointed out.
