适合高温油藏的聚合物性能评价

摘要 为了进一步提高高温油藏静67-59区块原油采收率,针对该油藏沉积条件、油层物性,开展了不同相对分子质量聚合物的室内实验评价。通过对聚合物的理化性能、黏度和浓度关系、抗剪切性、流变性及稳定性能等研究,最终筛选出了相对中等分子质量的聚合物,其溶液浓度为1500mg/L时,黏度可以达到50mPa·S以上,在环境温度70℃下放置10d,黏度保留率为74.7%,能够满足聚驱方案的设计要求,保障聚驱效果。 In order to further enhance the oil recovery of high-temperature oil reservoir-Jing No. 67-59 Block, in consideration of the sedimentary conditions of the reservoir and the physical properties of oil layers, the indoor eval- uation study is conducted for the different molecule-weight polymers. Through the studies of the physic-chemical properties, viscosity-concentration relation, shear resistance, rheological characteristics, stability and so forth are engaged, the polymer with a certain molecule weight is chosen at last. When its solution concentration is up to 1 500 mg/L, its system viscosity can reach 50 mPa · s or above; when laid for 10 days at 70℃ environmental temperature, its viscosity retention ratio is 74. 7%, so it can meet the requirements of polymer flooding program and ensure the effects of the polymer flooding.
