天津市农业科学院农业科技创新现状与发展

Current Status and Development of Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation of TianJin Academy of Agricultural Sciences

文章阐述了"十一五"规划前4年天津市农业科学院科技创新取得的成果、平台、条件和人才方面的综合成就,以及创新过程中尚存在的问题,并根据当前社会发展和形势要求,在统一思想、完善体系、强化创新、提升平台、稳定政策等方面针对性地提出了今后科研发展的几点建议。

Achievements of science and technology innovation,comprehensive achievements in the platform,condition and talent of Tianjin Academy of Agricultural Sciences in the beginning four years of the 11th Five-Year Development Guidelines were discussed in the paper.Problems in innovation were pointed out.Based on the requirement of social development and current situation,several suggestions were put forward from such aspects as unifying our thinking,perfecting system,strengthening innovation,promoting the platform,stabling the policy and so forth.
