基于网络体系优势的国际城市功能升级——以上海为例

Upgrading of Urban Function Based on the Advantages of Global City Network:A Case of Shanghai

通过对国际城市功能转型理论动态的归纳分析,提出了基于全球城市网络体系优势、实现国际城市功能升级的发展思路。以上海为案例,通过分析上海在全球城市网络中的地位,指出未来上海将需要加强两种网络体系构建,即本土内向型网络和国际外向型网络,其发展途径则是壮大本土企业集团和汇聚跨国公司总部或地区总部,提高对内与对外的全球服务能力,并与长江三角洲地区形成区域分工与合作的关系,从而构成以上海为核心的全球生产与服务网络。

The paper analyzes transformation theories of international city,and proposes the idea of urban function upgrading based on the advantages of global city network. Taking Shanghai as an example,it points out its position in the global city network,and strengthening two urban networks including the local and the international. Therefore,its development approach is to strengthen the local groups and attract the headquarters or regional headquarters of multinational corporate,so as to improve both internal and external service capabilities,and cooperate with the Yangtze River Delta region. Finally it will form the global production and service networks with Shanghai as the core.
