止痒洗剂的定性定量分析

Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of Zhiyang Lotion

目的对止痒洗剂进行定性定量分析。方法采用薄层色谱法对止痒洗剂中的蛇床子、黄柏、防风进行定性鉴别;以蛇床子素为指标成分,采用高效液相色谱法对蛇床子素进行了定量分析。结果各薄层定性色谱中,在与对照药材相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点,阴性对照未见干扰;蛇床子素在0.02～2.60μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为98.81%。结论定性定量方法结果准确,重复性好,可用于止痒洗剂的质量控制。

Objective To analysis the quality of Zhiyang Lotion. Methods Fructus Cnidii, CortexPhellodendri Chinesis and Radix Saposhnikoviae in the preparation were identified by TLC, and thecontent of Osthole was determined by RH-HPLC. Results The method of TLC was simple, accurate andspecific. The linear range of Osthole was 0.02~2.60 μg, r =0.999 9. The average recovery was 98.81%.Conclusion The methods were simple, reliable and accurate. It can be applied to the quality control ofZhiyang Lotion.
