就反垄断"单独诉讼"程序中法院与反垄断执法机构之间的协调而言,欧盟及其成员国由于实行与中国相似的反垄断执法模式,其经验可资借鉴。中国可在欧盟及其成员国立法经验的基础上,利用我们现有的法律资源,从听取反垄断执法机构意见以及调取反垄断执法机构所持有的证据材料等角度构建中国的反垄断"单独诉讼"程序规则。

As far as the coordination between court and antimonopoly organization in the＂ single lawsuit＂ procedure is concerned, antimonopoly pattern of the European Union is similar to that of China, so we can use their experience for reference. We can also use our current law resources to make up ＂single lawsuit＂ procedure of antimonopoly in the perspectives of adopting the opinions and evidence data from antimonopoly organization.
