摘要
随着当代中国社会生态文明进程的不断深入及人们保护自身生存环境意识的不断增强,生态权利冲突也日渐显著。本文分析了生态权利冲突的内容和成因,并以马克思主义生态文明的基本思想为指导,从权利冲突与平衡的角度,提出从四个方面建立健全利益协调机制,以期推动当前中国社会的生态文明建设,促进人与人、人与自然、人与社会的和谐共生、良性循环、全面发展和持续繁荣。
With the advancing of China＇s social ecological civilization and the awareness of protecting the ecological environment, ecological rights conflicts are becoming clearer and clearer. This paper analyzes the contents and causes of ecological rights conflicts. In addition, this paper puts forward four aspects to establish coordination mechanism in the perspective of Marxist ecological civilization to promote the harmony between man and nature.
