摘要
为了解决单金属浮动密封结构复杂和研制困难的问题,提出了一种改进型单金属浮动密封结构(GSEMS),它采用1个异形橡胶密封环代替O形橡胶圈和支持橡胶环,简化了密封结构,也减轻了它与轴颈之间的磨损。采用有限元软件对第2代单金属浮动密封(SEMS2)和GSEMS进行装配过程模拟,结果表明,两者在密封面上具有相近的受力分布和密封能力,能使用较软的橡胶材料得到较大的密封力,减小了静环内锥面和橡胶之间的缝隙,具有良好的密封性能。
To deal with the complexity and research difficulty of the mono-metallic floating sealing structure SEMS2,a kind of improved mono-metallic floating sealing structure GSEMS was formulated.It adopts a heterotypic rubber sealing ring to replace the O-shaped rubber ring and supporting rubber ring,thus simplifying the sealing structure and reducing the abrasion between the structure and the axle journal.The finite element software was adopted to simulate the assembling process of the SEMS2 and GSEMS.The result shows that both of them have a similar force distribution and sealing capacity on the sealing surface,and the use of the softer rubber material can obtain greater sealing force,thus reducing the opening between the conical surface and the rubber within the stationary seal ring.They have a desirable sealing performance,and the GSEMS even has greater advantages at certain aspects.
