原油脱水用紧凑型静电预聚结技术(三) 被引量:12

摘要 原油乳化液在非均匀电场作用下的介电泳聚结迄今未能引起国内业界人士的足够重视,因此重点对其机理和实施方式进行了介绍。LOWACC是Aibel公司自VIEC之后重点研发的一项基于介电泳聚结机理的在线紧凑型静电聚结技术,可在VIEC先期聚结脱水的基础上进一步降低水力停留时间,减少或消除使用化学破乳剂,改善脱出水水质。通过将VIEC和LOWACC串联组合,仅采用一级三相重力分离器即可使出油口的含水质量分数下降至5%。该技术不仅能使产出液的传统分离处理工艺流程发生变革,而且在稠油开采等场合具有巨大的推广应用潜力。
