摘要
【目的】探讨父母的学历和喂养方式对婴儿早期神经、心理发育的影响,提高对婴儿早期神经、心理发育的重视程度。【方法】采用Gesell发育诊断量表检测,选择2007年7月—2009年3月在本科健康中心做体检的正常婴儿,共925例,年龄在20.9~22.0周,按父母双方学历均是本科以上与否分两组;再按母乳喂养、配方奶粉喂养和混合喂养分别进行比较。【结果】父母双方均是本科及本科以上学历婴儿的测查结果明显好于父母双方一方是本科以下学历婴儿的检测结果;母乳喂养组五项检测结果与配方奶粉喂养组及混合喂养组差异无统计学意义。【结论】父母均是本科以上学历的婴儿Gesell检测结果比较好,考虑可能与家长对婴儿早期训练的重视程度比较高有关。
【Objective】 To investigate the influence of educated degree of parents and feeding patterns on infants so as to pay more attention to early neuropsychology development. 【Methods】 925 normal infants aged 20.9~22.0 weeks who receive health examination from July 2007 to March 2009 in Health Centre were detected with Gesell rating scale.Firstly,according to the educational status of parents,all the infants were divided into two groups: higher than bachelor or not.And then the difference between the two groups were studied.Secondly,according to the feeding pattern,all the infants were divided into three groups.And the differences among the breast milk feeding group,formula milk feeding group and admixture feeding group were studied. 【Results】 The Gesell results of group with high educational degree parents were better than the other one.There was no statistically significant difference among infants with breast feeding group,formula milk feeding group and admixture feeding group. 【Conclusions】 We think that high degree parents may pay more attention to the early education of infants,so their results of Gesell were better.
