摘要 选取两种配位体三乙醇胺和葡萄糖酸钠与铁离子络合物作为载体,对还原橄榄绿B染料进行间接电化学还原染色,研究了六水硫酸铁、三乙醇胺、葡萄糖酸钠和氢氧化钠等对还原橄榄绿B染色效果的影响,优化的染色工艺为:六水硫酸铁5 g/L,三乙醇胺18 g/L,葡萄糖酸钠10 g/L,氢氧化钠17 g/L,外加电压5.5 V,阴极面积为27 cm2,45℃还原43 min可以获得较好的染色效果,且染色后织物的耐摩擦色牢度和耐水洗色牢度均能达到4~5级。 Two kinds of ligands such as triethanolamine and sodium gluconate was complexed with iron to prepare the carrier, and then applied to indirect electrochemical dyeing of cotton fabric with Vat Olive Green B. Influences of concentration of ferric sulphate hexahydrate, triethanolamine, sodium gluconate and sodium hydroxide on dyeing results were investigated. Through testing the K/S value after dyeing, the optimal dyeing process was : Fe2 (SO2)3 · 6H2O5 g/L,TEA 18 g/L, C6H11 NaO7 10 g/L, NaOH 17 g/L, voltage 5.5 V, area of cathode 27 cm2, and reducing at 4.5 ℃ for 23 min. The results showed that the good dye uptake was obtained. At the same time, the color fastness to rubbing and washing reached 4 - 5 level.
