棉锦交织物活性/酸性染料一浴法染色

One-bath dyeing of cotton-nylon mixture with reactive and acid dyes

采用Cibacron LS型活性染料和Lanaset染料对棉锦交织物进行一浴法染色。分析了染色工艺因素对棉锦交织物得色及色差的影响,优化的染色工艺为:染料用量不低于2%,pH值5.5,染色时间45 min,染色温度100℃,阻染剂RF用量2 g/L。结果表明,用该工艺染色的棉锦交织物色光稳定,同色性好,各项色牢度均较高,且缩短了工艺时间,降低了生产成本。

One-bath dyeing of cotton-nylon mixture with Cibacron LS and Lanaset dyes was introduced. Factors affecting color yield and color deviation of dyed cotton-nylon mixture were analyzed. The dyeing process was optimized as follows ：dye usage above 2% （omf） , pH value 5.5, blocking agent RF 2 g/L, dyeing at ]00 ℃ for 45 minutes. The dyed fabric featured excellent tone-in-tone effects and color fastness, and the process featured shortened time and saved cost.
