练染一浴助剂雅洁瑞EN具有良好的渗透性、乳化性能和耐盐碱稳定性,用于棉筒子纱练染一浴工艺,各项性能指标均能满足要求。棉筒子纱练染一浴工艺简化了工艺流程,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,实现了节水、节能的目的。
One bath scouring and dyeing of cotton cheese was carried out with auxiliary Argaprep EN. The Argaprep EN featured good penetrability, emulsifying property and stable to salt and alkali. The properties of the treated cotton cheese could meet the requirement for subsequential process. One bath scouring and dyeing of cotton cheese could simplify process, increase production efficiency, and reduce cost, water and energy consumption.
