摘要 硼系阻燃剂无毒,并具有良好的阻燃性能和抑烟性能,有机硼系阻燃剂水解稳定性差,价格昂贵,利用硼原子可与氮原子等富电子元素形成配位键的特性,开发了硼-氮,硼-磷,硼-卤和硼-硅分子等复合型有机硼系阻燃剂,可提高产品的水解稳定性,阻燃效果更好。介绍了该类阻燃剂的开发情况,以及硼系复合协同阻燃剂的阻燃机理。 Boron flame retardant has non-toxic, good flame retardancy and smoke suppression performance. Organic boron flame retardant has poor hydrolytic stability. With characteristics of the formation of coordination bonds between boron atoms and electron-rich elements such as nitrogen atoms, the compound of organic boron flame retardant of boron- nitrogen, boronphosphorus, boron-halogen and boron-silicon molecules were developed. These products have better hydrolytic stability and flame retardant. The development of such flame retardants, as well as the mechanism of synergistic flame retardant was interpreted.
