摘要
劳动关系和谐与否已经成为判断一个国家、地区、社会是否和谐的重要标志。劳动关系的和谐关键在于利益分配问题的解决以及公平与效率关系问题的正确处理。当前我国面临"劳工荒"与全球金融危机的挑战,充分重视构建和谐劳动关系的必要性,并以马克思主义的劳动价值理论为依据,使劳动和其他生产要素平等参与分配,充分调动劳动者的劳动积极性,同时加强劳动者的维权意识,建立完善的三方协调机制,对于构建和谐劳动关系有重要的促进作用。
The harmonious labor relationships has become a symbol to judge whether a national or a regional /society harmonious or not.The key of the labor relationship is to solving the problem of the interests of rational distribution and correctly handle the relationship between fair and efficient.Facing the challenge of"labor insufficiency"and financial crisis,lay emphasis on the built of harmonious labor relationship,take the labor value theory of Marxist as guidance,make labor attending the distribution of production with other elements,So as to arouse the initiative of laborer,and enhance their consciousness of rights safeguard,built a perfect system of tripartite coordination mechanism to promote the built of harmonious labor relationship.
