摘要 教研组文化是学校文化的重要组成部分,是教师根据教育理念和学校办学宗旨,共同努力创造出来的一种育人环境和工作氛围。教研组文化是教师成长的土壤,它在深层次上对教师产生影响,或制约或促进教师的专业发展。通过对教研组文化的内涵、教研组文化构建的原则及互助共生的教研组文化氛围的构建等方面的系统研究,并以瓯海实验中学为例,详细阐述教研组文化的构建及其对教师专业发展的促进作用。 The culture of Teaching and Research Group is an important part of school culture.It is a kind of educational environment and work atmosphere which is created by the teachers according to their education concept,school educational aims and teaching objectives.The culture of Teaching and Research Group is the soil of the growth of teachers.It also has a deep impact on teachers,and it can restrict or promote the professional development of teachers.By conducting a systematic study of the connotations of the culture of teaching and research group,the principles of constructing the culture of teaching and research group and the construction of the mutual symbiotic culture of teaching and research group,and taking Ouhai Experimental Middle School as an example,the construction of the culture of teaching and research group and its' influence on the professional development of teachers can be elaborated.
