摘要
叙述了目前芳砜纶纤维纺纱过程中存在的问题和缆型纺纱的机理,对缆型纺与传统纺生产的芳砜纶单纱分别进行了某些物理性能的测试,通过对测试数据的分析,证明缆型纺单纱比传统纺单纱具有较高的强力和较少的毛羽,其断裂伸长率也比传统纺单纱小,缆型纺生产的单纱条干均匀度稍逊于传统纺单纱。
This paper describes the mechanism and the problems in solospinning polysulphonamide fiber with some physical properties of traditional spun and solospun polysulfonamide yarns tested. The analysis of the tested data proved that the solospun yarn has higher intensity, less hairiness and less breaking enlogation than that of traditional spun yarn. But the solospun yarn eveness shows not as good as that of the traditional spun yarn.
