摘要
在分析当前形势下我国纺织服装行业所处环境的基础上,提出了本土服装品牌的应对策略,包括开拓内需市场、改变营销渠道、增加产品附加值、推动品牌提升。认为本土服装品牌应转换经营管理思路,实现自我突破,并获得更大的利润空间与品牌价值。
Based on the analysis of the current situation that the textile and apparel industry faces, the coping strategy for the native apparel brand including widening domestic market, improving sales channels, increasing product - value and upgrading product is put forward which would expect to provide some reference for the native apparel brand on how to transform the management thought, to realize the self- breakthrough and to obtain a bigger profit space and brand value.
