摘要 角膜厚度是眼部的主要数据之一,是影响其他眼前节检查及其他眼科疾病诊断治疗的重要指标。目前对角膜厚度的认知要求已经不再局限于几个点,而需要像了解角膜曲率一样了解角膜各个点的厚度。接触式测量常会因为操作者的手法、探头的大小不等,而引起角膜的变形或中心点位置偏差影响测量结果,并且接触式测量存在角膜感染的风险。随着对角膜厚度测量要求更精确、更全面、更舒适和更安全,非接触式测量越来越引起临床眼科医生的青睐。本文对目前的角膜厚度的非接触式测量方法的原理和特点进行综述。 Corneal thickness parameter is one of the major data of the opthalmological tissue.It is also important for other examinations as for anterior segment of eyeball and it will influence the diagnosis and managements of eye dieases.The requirements for getting the messages about corneal thickness including but not limited to just a few of points till now.The thickness of every spots of the whole cornea must be gained like curvature.Contact measurements of corneal thickness have a lot of disadvantages,for instance,it will be affected by the techniques of the operators or the inequality of transducer size.It can also cause corneal deformation and center deviation which will impact the Results of measurements.The most important is it will cause corneal infection much more times.So the clinical oculists are more favor for the non-contact measurements of corneal thickness because it is more accurate,completed,comfortable and secure.The article will summarize the principles and the characters of some kinds of the existing non-contact measurements of the corneal thickness.
