摘要
通过单因素及正交试验研究纤维素酶及半纤维素的复合酶对黄姜色素提取的影响。复合酶提取黄姜色素的最佳工艺条件为:纤维素酶及半纤维素酶的加量均为6.0 mg/g黄姜粉,pH为5.4,于45℃下提取2.5 h。
The extraction of pigment from Dioscorea Zingiberensis was studied and optimized by multiple enzyme through single-factor and orthogonal test.The optimal conditions of extraction were as follows: 6.0 mg/g stuff cellulase and 6.0 mg/g stuff hemicellulase, pH5.4, 45℃ for 2.5 h.
