摘要
采用PA/PE、PA/CPP、OPP/CPP、PET/AL/PE四种包装材料,并结合真空包装方法,将冷却羊肉4℃贮藏,分别在第0、4、8、12、16、20 d检测其各项指标,根据这些指标确定适合冷却羊肉的包装材料。试验结果表明:四种包装材料保鲜效果依次为:PA/CPP>OPP/CPP>PET/AL/PE>PA/PE。
Adopt PA/PE~ PA/CPP, OPP/CPP, PET/AL/PE four packing material, then both packed in vacuum conditions and stored at 0-4℃, on 0, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 d detection it index, according to these index determine the materials of packing to the coiling mutton. The result of examination indicated: The keep refresh effect of four packing material by turns is: PA/CPP〉OPP/CPP〉PET/AL/PE〉PA/PE.
