Two kinds to pick the blood method clinical to study differently in the routine blood test examination

目的：了解测定静脉血和末梢血对血常规检测结果的差异。方法：同时采集100例参加体检人员的静脉血和末梢血，用英国库尔特公司T～540型血细胞自动分析仪检测血常规，进行重复性实验和对比实验，比较静脉血和末梢血的差异。结果：血细胞自动分析仪测定两组血常规结果显示，两组WBC、RBC、HGB、MCH、MCHC、PLT均有明显差异；末梢血各参数的CV值大于静脉血。结论：进行血常规检测要取静脉血。

Objective： Understanding determination venous blood and end blood to routine blood test examination result difference. Methods：Simultaneously gathers 100 examples to participate in the physical examination personnel＇s venous blood and the end blood,with English Coulter the Company T-540 blood corpuscle autoanalyzer examination routine blood test, carries on the duplicated experiment and the contrast experiment, compared with venous blood and end blood difference. Results：The blood corpuscle autoanalyzer determines two group of routine blood test results to demonstrate that,two group of WBC,RBC, HGB, MCH, MCHC, PLT have the obvious difference; The end blood various parameters CV value is bigger than the venous blood. Conclusion： Carries on the routine blood test examination to have to take the venous blood.
