丹珍头痛胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床疗效分析

目的：观察并分析丹珍头痛胶囊（青海益欣药业有限责任公司）治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法：随机将117例偏头痛患者分为两组，观察组70例给予丹珍头痛胶囊治疗；对照组47例，给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊（商品名：西比灵，西安杨森制药有限公司）。治疗结果：其中观察组有效65例，无效5例；对照组有效38例，无效9例。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：丹珍头痛胶囊治疗偏头痛疗效显著。
