气囊尿管气囊内充气的临床观察

目的：目的探讨气囊尿管气囊内充气的可行性。方法：对我院产科需留置尿管的147名产妇按留王尿管的时间随机分为两组，观察组在气囊内充气15mi，对照组在气囊内注入注射用水15ml，对两组产妇尿管脱落情况，及尿量的引流情况进行观察。结果：观察组与对照组12小时尿管脱落无差异，48小时尿管脱落情况有明显差异；两组产妇4小时、8小时尿量引流情况无差异。结论：气囊尿管气囊充气可用于术后留王12小时采用，简便易行，经济安全。

Objective： In the goal discussion aerocyst ureter aerocyst gasifies feasibility. Methods： 147 parturient women must leave alone the ureter who to my courtyard obstetrics divide into two groups stochastically according to the leaving alone ureter time,the observation group gasify 15ml in the aerocyst,the control group pour into injection water used 15ml in the aerocyst,falls off the situation to two group of parturient woman ureters, and the amount of urine drainage situation carries on the observation. Resalts：The observation group and the control group 12 hours ureters fall off without the difference,48 hours ureters fall off the situation to have the obvious difference;Two group of parturient women 4 hour,8 hour amount of urine drainage situation does not have the difference. Conclusion：The aerocyst ureter aerocyst gasification available leaves alone when for 12 hours after the technique uses,easy to do and easy,economic security.
