脑出血吞咽困难患者的护理体会

目的：了解鼻饲流食对脑出血吞咽困难患者的影响。方法：把28例脑出血吞咽困难患者根据患者意愿分为实验组和对照组，两组药物治疗及护理相同，实验组联合留置胃管行鼻饲方法给予患者肠内营养支持。所有患者病情好转后出院，用平均住院天数作为评价疗效的指标。结果：实验组与对照组平均住院天数经显著性检验，实验组低于对照组。结论：对于脑出血吞咽困难患者，采用留置胃管行鼻饲方法给予患者肠内营养支持，可以缩短患者住院天数，促使患者早日康复。

Methods ： Swallows 28 example cerebral hemorrhages swallows the difficult patient to divide into the experimental group and the control group according to the patient wish,two group of medicine treatments and nursing are same,the experimental group unites the leaving alone stomach tube good nasal feeding method to give the patient in the intestines the nutrition support. After all patient condition changes for the better leaves the hospital, takes the appraisal curative effect with the average in hospital number of days the target. Results：The experimental group and the control group aver- age in hospital number of days after the significance examination, the experimental group is lower than the control group. Conclusion： Swallows regarding cerebral hemorrhage swallows the difficult patient, uses leaves alone the stomach tube good nasal feeding method to give the patient, in the intestines the nutrition support,may reduce the patient to be hospitalized the number of days,will urge the patient soon to be restored to health.
