下载PDF阅读器为了及时发现职业健康损害,评价健康变化与职业病危害因素的关系,检出职业病.方法： 榆阳区疾病预防控制中心依据〈中华人民共和国职业病防治法〉、〈职业健康监护技术规范〉（GBZ188-2007）、〈尘肺诊断标准〉（GBZ70-2002）,于2009-01/12对3258名煤矿接触粉尘作业人员进行了职业健康体检.结果：此次体检煤粉尘作业工人3258人,各检查项目异常519例,总检出率15.9%.检出可疑煤工尘肺203例（工龄均在5年以上,年龄均在30岁以上）,检出率6.2%,职业禁忌81例,心电图异常152例,血压异常35例,血小板下降11人,血尿13人,转氨酶升高18人,乙肝表面抗原阳性6人.结论： 通过对本次体检结果的分析认为,随着接尘工人年龄的升高及接尘工龄增加,尘肺检出率增高.
