液态乳制品包装材料中VOCs迁移安全性研究

Study on Migration Security of Volatile Organic Compounds in Liquid Dairy Packaging Materials

利用顶空／气相色谱一质谱（HS／GC—MS）联用法对百利包、利乐包、塑杯3种乳制品包装材料中的挥发性有机物（VOCs）进行迁移安全性研究。结果表明，平衡温度与保温时间对包装中的VOCs有不同程度的影响。百利包中均含有苯，部分含有异丙醇、乙苯、问／对二甲苯、邻二甲苯，包装材料中VOCs含量为85．64～102．10ng／cm2；利乐包含有苯、间／对二甲苯、邻二甲苯，部分含有异丙醇、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、乙苯，包装材料中VOCs含量为54．77—75．16ng／cm2；塑杯均含有苯，部分含有异丙醇、间／对二甲苯、邻二甲苯，包装材料中VOCs含量为82．63～171．25ng／cm2。利用迁移模型对乳制品进行研究，得出苯迁移最坏情况为0．885×10^-3mg／kg；穿过0．015cm厚度包装材料所需的时间为76d，大于其保质期45d。

A headspace gas chromatography and mass spectrometric（ HS/GC -MS） method was used to investigate the migration security of volatile organic compounds（VOCs） in three kinds of packaging materials, including PrePak, Tetra Pak and plastic cup. The results indicated that balance tempera- ture and soaking time had differrent influences on VOCs in the packages. PrePak contained benzene, and some contained isopropyl alcohol, ethyl benzene, m/p-xylene and o-xylene, the amount of VOCs in the packaging material was 85.64 - 102. 10 ng/cm2 ; Tetra Pak contained benzene, m/p-xylene, oxylene, some contained isopropyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate and ethyl benzene, the amount of VOCs in the packaging material was 54.77 -75.16 ng/cm2 ; Plastic cups contained benzene, some contained isopropyl alcohol, m/p-xylene and o-xylene, the amount of VOCs in the packaging material was 82. 63 - 171.25 ng/cm2. With the migration model, a certain brand of dairy products were stud- ied and the migration of benzene for the worst case was obtained to be 0. 885 ×10^-3 mg/kg. The migration time through the packaging material with width of 0. 015 cm was 76 days, which was longer than the shelf life of 45 days.
