浅析突发公共卫生事件时医务人员的心理调节

目的：研究突发公共卫生事件时对医务工作者心理调节的影响.方法：追踪记录和调查参加突发公共卫生事件处理的150人,分为干预组和对照组.用开放式问卷及焦虑自评量表进行调查,干预组运用辅导讲座等方式进行心理干预和疏导.结果：调查对象普遍存在焦虑、认知力缺乏及自我评价丧失等应激反应.结论：建议管理者及时掌握动态、制定对策、采取措施;将心理疏导、教育管理与关心体恤相结合;建立心理卫生档案,实施有效对策,从而稳定医务人员的心态,从而更有利于应对突发公共卫生事件.

Objective：The research arises suddenly when the public health event to medical worker psychology adjustment influence. Methods： Traces the record and the investigation participation arises suddenly 150 people which the public health event processes ,divides into the intervention group and the control group. And from comments with the open style questionnaire the meter to carry on the investigation anxious,the intervention group using ways and so on counselling course carries on the psychological intervention and unblocking. Results：The investigation object universal existence anxious,the cognition strength lacks and the self-appraisal loses and so on the stress responses. Conclusion： Suggested the superintendent grasps the tendency, the formulation countermeasure promptly,takes the measure; Psychological unblocking, the education administration and cared about shows solicitude for unifies; Establishment mental hygiene file, implementation effective countermeasure, thus stable medical personnel＇s point of view,thus is more advantageous in should to arise suddenly the public health event.
