关节内跟骨骨折的手术疗效及并发症分析

目的：分析跟骨关节内骨折切开复位可塑形跟骨钢板内固定的治疗方法及疗效.方法：对我院的41例此类患者进行跟踪随访,并对出现的并发症进行认真分析.结果：41例45足中,术后有3足出现局部皮缘坏死,经换药后愈合.按照张铁良跟骨骨折评分方法[1],评价效果：优30例,良12例,可3例,优良率92.6%.结论：正确的诊断,选择好手术时机,采用跟骨关节内骨折切开复位可塑形跟骨钢板内固定加植骨治疗跟骨骨折,避免并发症的发生,其疗效非常确切,提高患者的生活质量.
