牵引联合按摩治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

目的：总结传统方法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效.方法：76例临床病例采用多功能颈椎牵引床端坐位间断悬吊牵引并配合传统推拿手法治疗两个疗程,结合患者临床症状、体征及X光片表现分析治疗效果.结果：76例中治愈50例,好转22例,总有效率达95.4%.结论：传统的牵引、按摩治疗神经根型颈椎病为一种有效而安全、廉价的治疗方法.

Objective： Conventional treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods： 76 clinical cases of cervical traction with multi-bit continuous suspension traction bed and sitting with two courses of traditional massage therapy, combined with clinical symptoms, signs and manifestations of X-ray treatment. Results：76 cases,50 cases were cured,22 cases improved,with a total effective rate was 95.4%. Conclusion：The traditional traction and massage treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis as a safe,effective,inexpensive treatment.
