中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎45例的临床疗效评价

目的：观察西医抗幽门螺杆菌三联用药和中医联合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效并进行评价.方法：选择2008-2010年就诊于我院门诊的45例慢性萎缩性胃炎病人,随机分为抗幽门螺杆菌三联用药和中医联合治疗组和对照组（单独西药治疗组）,观察各组病人治疗后的症状体征缓解状况和胃镜粘膜改变情况,并用统计学方法进行评价.结果：中西医联合治疗组45例病人,治愈率为68.9%（31例）,好转率为26.7%（12例）;对照组45例病人,治愈率为56.0%（26例）,好转率为24.5%（11例）.中西医结合组和对照组的整体有效率分别为95.6%和82.2%,差别有统计学意义,P〈0.05.结论：慢性萎缩性胃炎的中西医结合治疗效果好于对照组.

Objective： Observes the doctor practicing western medicine anti-pylorus spiral bacillus three association medications and the Chinese medicine union treatment chronicity withers the gastritis clinical curative effect and carries on the appraisal. Methods： Chooses 2008-2010 year seeing a doctor to wither gastritis patient in my courtyard outpatient service 45 example chronicity,stochastically divides into the anti-pylorus spiral bacillus three association medications and the Chinese medicine union treatment group and the control group （independent western medicine treatment group）, observes each group of patients to treat after the symptom symptom alleviation condition and the gastroscope mucous membrane change situation,and carries on the appraisal with the statistical method. Results：The doctor practicing western medicine unites the treatment group 45 example patients,the cure rate is 68.9% （31 examples） ,the change for the better rate is 26.7% （12 examples） ;The control group 45 example patients,the cure rate is 56.0% （26 examples） ,the change for the better rate is 24.5% （11 examples）. The cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine group and control group＇s overall effectiveness respectively is 95.6 % and 82.20%, the difference has statistics significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The chroniclty withers gastritis cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment result well in the control group.
