摘要
随着社会经济的发展,医疗市场的改革开放,人们对健康及医疗服务质量的要求越来越高,自我保护及法律意识日渐增强,医患矛盾日益突出.而护理人员与患者接触多,护理工作直接面对患者及家属,承担了较多的直接操作任务,导致护患纠纷日渐增多.为适应这些发展,笔者结合多年临床护理工作经验总结出:提高护理质量,改善服务态度和加强护理管理可以有效减少护患纠纷.
Along with social economy development, medical market reform and open policy, the people are more and more high to the health and the medical service quality request, protect oneself and legal consciousness strengthen day after day, medical trouble contradictory day by day prominent. But the nursing staff and the patient contact many,the nursing work faces the patient and the family member directly,has undertaken the many direct operation duty,causes to protect the trouble dispute to increase day after day. In order to adapt these development ,the author unifies many year clinical nursing work experience to summarize:Improves the nursing quality, the improvement service attitude and the enhancement nursing manage ment may reduce effectively protects the trouble dispute.
