目的：分析300例患者阴道分泌物细菌学检查结果特征.方法：回顾我院检查的300例患者的临床资料,并加以分析.结果：300例患者的阴道分泌物检出病原菌69例,阳性检出率为23.00%;病原菌主要分布在清洁度为Ⅱ～Ⅳ度的标本中,依次为念珠菌、加特纳球杆菌、滴虫等.结论：妇科患者阴道分泌物中病原菌主要以念珠菌为主,并且病原菌检出率与清洁度呈正相关.
