中医情志护理在社区老年抑郁患者上的应用

目的：探讨社区老年抑郁患者的中医情志护理干预方法及效果评价.方法：选择中医辩证分型为肝气郁结型老年抑郁患者154例,随机分成干预组和对照组各76例,干预组定期接受6个月的中医情志护理干预,对照组为社区常规护理管理.分别于干预前、3个月和6个月后采用老年抑郁量表（GDS）对两组进行干预效果评定.结果：干预前两组GDS分数无显著差异,3个月、6个月后干预组GDS得分均显著低于对照组,干预组的抑郁缓解率显著高于对照组.结论：中医情志护理干预能有效减轻老年抑郁患者的抑郁症状、增加抑郁缓解率,可操作性强.

Objective： Discussion community old age despondent patient＇s Chinese medicine sentiment will nursing intervention method and effect appraisal. Methods：The choice Chinese medicine dialectical minute for the vital energy of the liver depressed old age despondent patient 154 examples ,divides into the intervention group and control group each 76 examples stochastically, the intervention group accepts regularly for 6 month-long the Chinese medicine sentiment will nursing interventions, the control group for the community convention nursing management. Separately before the intervention, 3 months and 6 months uses old age despondent meter （GDS） to carry on the intervention effect evaluation to two groups. Results： Before the intervention two group of GDS score not remarkable difference,3 months,6 months intervenes the group GDS score obviously to be lower than the control group, the intervention group＇s despondent alleviation rate obviously is higher than the control group. Conclusion： The Chinese medicine sentiment will nursing intervention can effectively reduce the old age despondent patient＇s despondent symptom, the increase despondent alleviation rate, feasibility strong.
