目的：探讨综合护理干预对预防消化性溃疡复发的影响.方法： 将182例患者随机分为对照组和干预组,各91例.对照组给予药物治疗和溃疡病基本知识的宣教及常规护理;干预组在此基础上给予综合护理干预.结果： 干预组较对照组治疗依从性明显提高,溃疡复发率明显降低,两组相比差异具有极显著性（p〈0.01）.结论：通过对PU患者综合护理干预,可提高治疗依从性,减少复发,值得推广.

Results：The intervention group compares the control group to treat the compliance distinct enhancement, ulcer recurrence rate reduces obviously, two groups compare the difference to have extremely the significance （p〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Through synthesizes the nursing intervention to the PU patient,may enhance the treatment compliance, reduces the recrudescence,is worth promoting.
