复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗麻疹肝功异常疗效观察

摘要 目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷注射液在治疗麻疹肝功异常的疗效.方法:将患者随时分为A 组(32例)和B 组(34例),B组给予葡醛内酯 0.266 g/d、维生素C 3g/d,静点,复合维生素B 6片/d,口服;A组在B组治疗的基础上加用复方甘草酸苷注射液40ml/d,静点.结果:A组显效25例,有效7例,总有效率为100 %;B组显效15例,有效14例,总有效率为85.3%.结论:复方甘草酸苷有抗炎、保护肝细胞膜作用,在治疗麻疹合并肝功异常作用显著. Objective: The discussion compound prescription glycyrrhizic acid glucoside inoculation fluid is treating the measles liver function unusual curative effect. Methods:Divides into A group as necessary the patient (32 examples) and B group (34 examples) ,B group gives Portugal aldehyde lactone 0. 266 g/ d, Vitamin C 3g/d, the dead center, compound Vitamin B 6 piece of /d, oral administratiom A group treats in B group in the foundation adds with compound prescription glycyrrhizic acid glucoside inoculation fluid 40ml/d, the dead center. Results:A group shows results 25 examples, the effective 7 examples, the total effectiveness is 100 % ;B group shows results 15 examples, the effective 14 examples, the total effectiveness is 85.3 %.. Conclusion: The compound prescription glyeyrrhizic acid glueoside has the anti-inflammation, the protection liver cell membrane function, is treating measles merge liver function exceptionally to affect obviously.
