浅谈对失眠症的治疗

摘要 失眠是以难以入睡、维持睡眠状态时间短(通常达不到6小时)或者容易早醒,醒后不能再睡或者再次入睡相当困难,甚至彻夜不眠的一种病症.失眠属于多发病和常见病.分为急性与慢性两种.现代医学对失眠还没有理想的治疗办法,只能靠某些安眠药进行暂时控制,而且这些安眠药如果用的不适当,或者用的太久还会产生依赖性和抗药性.因为这些安眠药,除了能暂时改善病人的睡眠,并不能产生远期效果.无论从本人的从医经验来看,还是从普遍的临床医疗报告来看按摩配合偏方辅助治疗,再加上指导患者进行自身调养,是目前治疗失眠的最佳选择. Loses sleep belongs to frequently- occurring disease and common disease. Divides into acute and the chronic two kinds. The modern medicine to loses sleep does not have the ideal treatment means, only can depend on certain sleeping pills to carry on controls temporarily, moreover these sleeping pills if uses not to be suitable, or uses too long also to be able to have the dependence and the antibiotic nature. Because of these Meeping pills, except can improve patient's sleep temporarily, cannot produce the forward results. Regardless of looked from myself from the medical experience, from the universal clinical medical report looked the massage coordination folk prescription assistance treatment, in addition instructs the patient to carry on own recuperation, is best choice which at present treats loses sleep.
