两种内固定治疗锁骨骨折的疗效比较

目的：比较分析克氏针固定与解剖钢板固定治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效.方法：2005年6月到2008年5月我院收治的锁骨骨折患者,随机抽取克氏针治疗组患者39例作为观察组,解剖钢板固定治疗组40例作为对照组.两组患者共79例,男35例,女44例;年龄18～65（43.2±5.74）岁.随访6～24（8±2）个月.术后按美国肩肘协会评分系统（ASES）进行评分.结果：两组在手术时间、术中出血量,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.而在住院时间、术后并发症、术后肩关节功能恢复程度比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论：采用克氏针髓内固定治疗锁骨骨折手术创伤小,术中出血少,疗效满意.

Conclusion： Uses in the Cleveland needle marrow the fixed treatment collar bone bone fracture surgery wound to be small,in the technique bleeds few, curative effect satisfaction.
