血塞通治疗中小量脑出血患者发生卒中后抑郁的临床研究

目的：观察血塞通早期治疗中小量脑出血患者抑郁的发生状况。方法：白2004年1月-2009年11月共收治中小剂量脑出血患者179例。分为常规组及治疗组，治疗组给予有改善血液循环作用三七皂苷类制剂血塞通静滴。分别在治疗4周，12周、24周、48周对患者发卒中后抑郁症状况进行评估；结果表明，治疗纽抑都症状的发生率少于对照组（P〈0．05，）。两组有明显的差异。结论：中小量脑出血患者早期应用有改善血液循环的药物血塞通，明显降低了患者抑郁症状的发生率。
