护理干预在股骨头缺血性坏死术后的应用

目的：探讨护理干预在股骨头缺血性坏死术后的作用。方法：通过对自2007年1月－2009年12月收入本科室的42例股骨头缺血性坏死患者手术后，针对手术方法的不同采取护理干预行为，做好围手术期护理，严密观察病情，做好基础护理及专科护理。结果：据改良的新疗效标准评定进行评价，优良率迭83．33％，而术后只有1例患者发生压疮，无其他并发症的发生。结论：术前全面评估患者的情况、指导患者进行功能锻炼和针对性的心理，在术后进行精心的生活护理、疼嫡护理术后功能锻炼等预防并发疽的发生，恢复患者健康，护理干预在股骨头缺血性坏死术后康复中关键作用。
