妊娠合并缺铁性贫血的干预及护理

目的：通过对352例妊娠舍并贫血的干预和护理，探讨孕产妇贫血的发生，发展规律及对孕产妇产时，产后及胎儿的影响，加大对孕产妇贫血的关注及干预，以有效降低孕产妇贫血及不良后果的发生。方法：对我院2006年1月1日至2009年10月31日，在我科参加孕产妇系统管理的352例孕产妇合并贫血的孕妇给予干预措施，即在孕3个月后查血常规，判断贫血程度，给予饮食指导；孕中后期根据贫血程度给予药物干预；产程中密切观察病情，给予相应护理。结论：通过对妊娠合并贫血的孕产妇进行系统管理，产期保健及合理调整饮食结构，注意孕期营养，补充铁剂等的干预，度对妊娠期妇女各个阶段进行了全方位的精心护理，使绝大多数贫血孕妇安全度过了整个孕产期，降低了孕产妇及新生儿不良反应的发生。

Methods：To my courtyard from January 1,2006 to October 31,2009,352 example pregnant women who participates in the pregnant woman system administration in my branch merges anemia pregnant woman to give the intervention measure,namely in is pregnant for 3 months to look up the routine blood test,judges anemia degree, gives the diet instruction; Is pregnant the mid and late part to give the medicine intervention according to anemia degree ; In course of childbirth close observation condition,gives corresponding nursing. Conclusion： Through carries on the system administration to the pregnancy merge anemia pregnant woman, the childbirth time health care and the reasonable adjustment diet structure, the attention gestation period nutrition, supplemented the iron tonic and so on the intervention,and has carried on omni--directional careful nursing to gestation period woman each stage,caused the over-whelming majority anemia pregnant woman to pass the entire period of gestation and parturition safely, reduced the occurrence which the pregnant woman and the newborn responded not good.
