奥施康定治疗癌症疼痛85例临床观察

目的：观察奥施康定（盐酸羟考酮控释片）癌症疼痛的临床疗效不良反应。方法：对85例癌症疼痛患者进行治疗，初始剂量10mg／12h，根据疼痛缓解程度调整剂量，连续用药2周，同时进行疼痛强度、生活质量评分及不良反应观察。结果结论：85例患者总疼痛缓解率为93％，其中中度疼痛有效率100％，重度疼痛有效率92．5％，患者生活质量明显提高。奥施康定应用于癌症疼痛，镇痛起效快，疗效确切、维持时间长、毒副作用小，口服安全性高。
