目的：研究功能护理与舒适护理两种模式在垂体瘤切除术中的优劣。方法：50例脑垂体瘤切除术患者按随机原则分为对照组、实验组。统计两组护理并发症的发生率，进行统计学处理。结果：两组并发症发生率经χ^2检验，P〈0.01，有显著性差异。结论：舒适护理模式明显优于功能护理模式。

Objective：Research function nursing and nurses two kind of patterns comfortably in the pituitary tumor excision method fit and unfit quality.
